    "4672 -- This is the last Will and Testament of me Edwin Lavis of Bungowannah in the Colony of New South Wales. Farmer. I [unreadable] the payments of all my first debts [unreadable] and [unreadable] expenses as soon as [unreadable] may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Deborah Lavis all and [unreadable] the [unreadable] and personal possessions on to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease for for the sole and absolute use. Except the 3 [unreadable] herinafter [unreadable] which I devise to her until my son attains the age of 21 years. I give and devise my home paddock containing about 138 acres at Bungowannah to my son Edwin, my paddock of 90 acres to my son George [?] and my paddock of 45 acres to my son Sydney [?]. And in the event of either of my sons dying before they attain [unreadable] I [unreadable] the paddock to the son or sons so dying to my wife absolutely and I appoint my said wife Deborah Lavis sole executrix of my will and guardian of my [unreadable] during their respective [unreadable].
